In addition, he patiently explained to me how to work my system. Their installers will understand what you want even though you can not explain it and provide you with a firm quote and hassle free installation. Before I had you come over to my house I thought I had true surround sound, but realized through you that I had surround mess. Thanks to your hard work and professionalism we truely are very satisfied with our surround sound system. We had our house built in 1997 and had the some pre-wiring done for audio. For 10 years we had people try to tell us what to do with our set-up, until you came by where we successfully not only with our main set-up, but integrated a second zone. We have plans for a new construction add-on bonus room and would like for you to be an integral part. Not only did you give us the true quality in what we wanted, you mastered our Sony universal remote to control our electronics.
